Alex Hales had an amazing comeback during the tournament, but his unbeaten 86 against India in the semi-final was the best part. With that score, England was able to win the game by reaching their goal of 169 runs.
Hales didn’t get out while he scored 86 runs on 47 balls. He hit seven fours, but none of them were sixes. In the eighth over, he hit a fifty off of only 28 balls, which set the pace for the run chase.
